After giving this Sport Clips a second chance I can now write that Sport Clips has lost a customer for life. After signing in with a requested stylist, I waited for 20 minutes as she was with another customer. A number of other customers came and were taken back since they asked for first available. After the 20 minute wait, my stylist finished up and came to call her next customer. Imagine my surprise when she take a first-available customer and I see I’m pushed to the bottom of the list and looking at another 20 minute wait. I waited at the front desk for 2 minutes before someone came to the front to hear what had happened. She could not have cared less.

Great haircut experience, customer service. Loved the hot towel.!
